You or Cobalt Mortgage may terminate your FSBO account at any time. This is done by deleting the account from within your administration section, or sending an e-mail to your Cobalt Mortgage Account Executive contact, indicating that you want to terminate your account. Cobalt Mortgage will then terminate your account and password.
In addition, Cobalt Mortgage, at its sole discretion, may change or discontinue your account with or without notice to you, without liability to you or any third party. Cobalt Mortgage may deactivate a FSBO account if any of the data provided by the Applicant or any affiliated representative contains false or misleading information, or the applicant conceals or omits any information that Cobalt Mortgage would likely consider material to its decision to approve and continue your participation.
Cobalt Mortgagealso may terminate your account for any violation of the letter or spirit of this Agreement, or if Cobalt Mortgage learns that you have provided Cobalt Mortgage with false or misleading information.
Termination will prevent you from using any password protected services at our Web site. You agree that upon termination Cobalt Mortgage has no obligation to maintain or provide you with any content in your account.
Cobalt Mortgage reserves the right to interrupt, change or discontinue service of their Web site, temporarily or permanent; and you agree not to hold Cobalt Mortgage liable for these service changes.
