FHA Property Flipping Waiver
 
 FHA has temporarily waived the "flip rule" in which the Seller must own the property for > 90 days.
BE CAREFUL!  Not all lenders observe the waiver.
Questions to ask, whether you are the Listing Agent or Buyer's Agent of a "flip" property:
1.  Is there a minimum time the Seller must own the home prior  to executing a sales contract?
2.  Is there a cap on the allowable  profit?
3.  Will receipts be required to document the improvements?
